Shipping Policy – Panda Design

At Panda Design, we carefully 3D-print each item to order. We want your products to arrive safely and on time, and we strive to provide a clear and transparent shipping experience.


Processing Time

All products are 3D-printed specifically for your order. Most items require between 1 and 3 business days to produce. Larger or more detailed designs may require 3 to 5 business days.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been printed and is ready to be shipped.


Shipping Within the Netherlands

Orders within the Netherlands are shipped via trusted domestic carriers. Letterbox packages generally arrive within 1 to 2 business days, and standard parcel shipments usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and seasonal delays.


Shipping to Belgium

Shipping to Belgium typically takes between 2 and 4 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders within the European Union usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Orders outside the EU may take between 7 and 14 business days. These time frames are estimates and may change due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or other external factors.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight and size of your order, and the chosen shipping method. Panda Design aims to keep shipping costs as low as possible by packaging efficiently and using letterbox-friendly formats whenever appropriate.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking details unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your package during transit.


Packaging

Every 3D-printed item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transport. Depending on the product, we may use foam, padding, bubble wrap, or reinforced mailers. Whenever possible, we choose eco-friendly packaging materials.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is correct. Panda Design is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at sales@panda-design.eu. For damaged items, please provide photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
