Refund & Return Policy – Panda Design

At Panda Design, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.


1. Returns – 30-Day Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, completely unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at sales@panda-design.eu so we can evaluate the issue and find a suitable solution. Photographs of the item and packaging may be required to process your claim.


3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned. This includes custom or personalised products (such as special designs, custom colours, or items printed specifically for you) unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.


4. Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product. We do not process direct item-for-item exchanges.


5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Panda Design will cover the return shipping costs. For other types of returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.


7. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
